Mrs. Joyce Ann (Tiny) Smith, 70, of Stamps, Arkansas,formerly of Waldo Arkansas, where she lived all but the last days of her life, passed away peacefully after a bout with a serious illness on the evening of Friday, March 22, 2024. She was surrounded by family members. Ms. Smith was a beloved daughter, sister, wiife, mother, aunt, grandmother, and cousin. She retired from Stamps Public School after serving 28 years as a custodian. She loved to cook and spend time with her family. Most importantly she was a Christian and faithful, active member of Westside Church of Christ in Waldo, Arkansas until her health failed and she was no longer able to attend regularly.
Mrs. Smith was born October 8, 1953, to the late Elton Beasley and Viree Chambers - Beasley in Waldo, Arkansas. She was preceded in death by both parents, four brothers, and one sister.
She is survived by her loving husband of twenty-two years, Mr. Charlie Smith of Waldo, Arkansas. Tthree sons, Mr. Lamont Beasley (Queta) of Waldo, Arkansas, Mr. Corey Finley of Nashville, Arkansas, Cedric Finley (Kisha) of Stamps, Arkansas. Three daughters, Theresa Talley of Little Rock, Arkansas, Andrea Finley of Stamps, Arkansas, and Letisia Finley of Waldo, Arkansas. Three brothers, Mr. Wilton Beasley (Liza) of Magnolia, Arkansas, Ricky Beasley (Velma) of Stephens, Arkansas, and Mark Beasley (Evelyn) of Texarkana, Arkansas. Three sisters, Lena Jones (Isaac) of Louann, Arkansas, Joan Rushing (Marcus) of Springhill, Louisiana, and Alma Faye Dunn of Magnolia, Arkansas. A host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and one special niece, Jennifer Green.
Her service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday March 30, 2024, at Westside Church of Christ, 201 South Adair Street, Waldo, Arkansas 71770, where Pastor Donald Howell will serve as Officiant and Eulogist. There will be a public visitation at Hamilton-Davis Funeral Home Chapel 415 East First Street, Stamps, Arkansas 71860, Friday March 29, 2024 from 11:00 A.M. until 3:30 P.M.

Interment will be immediately following her service in the Smith Cemetery.
